How long will it take for my order to ship?

Standard domestic orders typically process within 3-5 business days. Pre-order items, including limited edition vinyl and specialty apparel, will ship on the date specified on the product page.

What is your return policy for official merchandise?

We accept returns on unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please note that music media, such as signed CDs, vinyl, and cassettes, are final sale once the shrink wrap is removed.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred during the importation process.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.

An item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
