We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Lana Del Rey Official Store. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

  Ship the Order

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
